I've been to worse places and the fact that i had overnight parking was a plus. You know how it's goes “hurry up and wait” My appointment was at 3am they didnt open the gate until around 5 i checked in at the gate with qr code and waited was told to park in the back at 5:30 around 10 i got a door and was offload in less than 40 mins overall my experience was good the guys were friendly and try their best to get u in and out in my opinion

Bring a clean trailer that is full of fuel. Pre-cool the trailer on 28°F continuous. Nice employees, came out to help me check in. Did not ignore me, and let me know what I need to do. This is a tight yard, your set up is important. If you hug the building and swing out, there is plenty of room to go staight back into the docks. Took a little while for me to get in and out of the place, but overall was a positive experience. They did a fabulous job of loading my trailer. Load was well balanced and legal weight. The closest scales are about 7 miles south at either the Workman's Truck Stop, or the Pilot in Lowell.

Try to avoid this place. Appointment was 6 am, checked in at 11 pm (7 hours earlier) and got load 12 midnight (after 24 hours). Washroom available at front office area. Overnight parking available because they give loads 12-18 hours late, so no choice for them.

The facility opens at 6 AM and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. It is important to note that there is no office on-site, but a supervisor is available and walking around on the yard. Additionally, the unloading time is unpredictable, and it can take significantly longer than anticipated. For instance, if an appointment is scheduled for 5 AM, the unloading process could potentially extend beyond 10 hours. Overnight parking is available, but it’s only for a few trucks.

Reviews say it all. Been doing this a while and rarely give 1 star. And they deserve 1 because staff is great. They'll tell you straight up it's gonna ba a while. Got there 1245 for 1400 appt. Scan barcode and push intercom button. Someone came out right away, had me park on side. Couple hours later directed to park inside in dusty, muddy, crater filled lot. 2nd shift came on couple hours after to make sure I'm checked in, was told 3rd in line, 1st guy had been waiting since 0300. Finally got door at 0000, loaded with bills at 0200. No bathroom, vending, truck parking anywhere near, but you'll get your 10+ in for sure. There's a speedbump in front of doors so careful docking. Detention pay better be $300.
